The Folks ID must have at least 6 characters and password must have at least 8 characters. Only letters and numbers are allowed.
Can I have more than one Folks ID?
Yes, but this is not recommended because you cannot enjoy the maximized benefits accumulated in a single account and may lead to difficulties in managing multiple accounts.
What is the differences between sign-up on folkslogue.com and through our mobile apps?

Step 3 --- Enter billing and shipping informationTo process your order, we'll need you to enter both your billing address and shipping address. Your billing address should match the information on your credit card account. For shipping address, we do not accept PO Box or addresses that is NOT specified in our "
Shipping Location". All of your items will be shipped to the shipping address you designate.
Folkslogue.com does not support shipping items in a single order to multiple shipping addresses. To ship items to an additional address, please place a new order at the folkslogue.com.

Check Order StatusIt's easy to check your order status! Simply sign in with your Folks ID and password, then click the account to view your complete order history. On the Order History page, it shows all of the orders you have placed to Folkslogue.com. There you'll see order information such as Order Number, Order Date, Folks Points Used, Amount and Status.
Commonly used order statuses include:
Confirmed – We've confirmed your order and will process your order soon.
Shipped – We've shipped your order using the shipping method you selected. You can track your shipment from our carrier's online tracking system. We'll notify you by email which contains the tracking no. and information you need.
Completed – The item(s) have been delivered to the shipping address you provided. Folks Points will be added to your account if you are a FOLKS ID member.
Cancelled – Your order has been cancelled by Folkslogue.com. In this case, we'll notify you by email.

iii) RMA (Return Merchandise Authorize)Products found defective within the warranty period are considered as RMA. Folkslogues.com provides manufacturer warranty service for selected products, and the warranty period of particular product is indicated on the product page and invoice. If you found the product(s) are defective within the warranty period, please email us within the warranty period. In the case that replacement of the purchased item is not available, we will replace a similar product or issue a cash coupon for your next purchase at Folkslogue.com. Any unauthorized returns or the conditions of returned product not adhere to our policy or instructions will be refused or disregarded.
You are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning the product(s) to our designated address, and also responsible for paying the shipping charges for shipping the replacement to you. Only when the delivery costs is settled, then we will ship the replacement item to you. The payment must be settled via PayPal account or via bank transfer. You should return the item with full packaging and return the package to us by normal air parcel. You should ensure the returning item is well packed. Folkslogue.com will not be responsible for any damages during the delivery, or any defective symptoms not described in the return request. In such cases, additional charges may be incurred.
Once we received your return package and confirmed that the returned item is incorrect/defective, we shall arrange a replacement to you free of charge, and also reimburse the postage fee you paid for returning the item to us. The reimbursement shall be in the form of cash coupon for purchasing at Folkslogue.com. Please note that we will only be responsible for the return postage by normal air parcel, and the receipt of the postage is required for the imbursement. Reimbursement of postage fee is only applied to DOA case.
If the returned item(s) are confirmed neither damaged nor defective, we will ship back the original item to you, and you are responsible for the delivery costs of the reshipment. Only when the delivery costs is settled, then we will ship back the original item to you. The payment must be settled via PayPal account or via bank transfer.

Refunds PolicyIn general, no returns or refunds will be entertained. However, if we are unable to provide a replacement item for your approved return, or your order is cancelled by us, Folkslogue.com will offer a refund to you. Refund is provided in the form of cash coupon, which can be used for purchasing at Folkslogue.com.
i) No Replacement for the Returned Item(s)If the returned item(s) are confirmed incorrect/defective, we will arrange a replacement immediately. In the case that replacement is not available, then we will refund the item price by issuing you a cash coupon for purchasing at Folkslogue.com. Folks Points credited for the returned item will be debited. In case the Folks Points credited for the returned item is used, a negative Folks Points Balance is appeared. In this case, Folks Points will be converted into Folks $, and this Folks $ will be deduced from the refund amount.
ii) Order Cancellation by Folkslogue.comFolkslogue.com reserves the rights to cancel any order due to, but not limited to supply shortage. We'll send you an Order Cancellation email, and your order status will read as "Cancelled" in your order history. We will refund the item price by issuing you a cash coupon for purchasing at Folkslogue.com.

Limited Product WarrantyFolkslogue.com warrants the product to customer against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for specific months stipulated on the invoice from the date of original invoice from Folkslogue.com, except that if the product is a consumable product accessories (for example, pouches), this limited warranty is null and void with respect to the product as soon as the packaging of the product has been opened. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, and customer follows the instructions of returning the product guided by the
Returns Process, Folkslogue.com will, at his option, take one of the following actions: (i) replace the product with either a new or a refurbished product that is the same as or similar to the product you purchased; (ii) repair the product using either new or refurbished parts.
There is no assurance, representation or warranty that any replacement product will be identical to or will offer the same functionalities as the product returned to Folkslogue.com. Technological advances and product availability may result in customer's receiving a replacement product with a lower selling price than the original product purchased. In all cases, product comparability will be determined by Folkslogue.com's sole discretion.
This limited product warranty applies only to product returned to Folkslogue.com pursuant to the instructions guided by the
Returns Process, and received by Folkslogue.com on or prior to the warranty end date specified on the invoice. No coverage will be provided for repairs made by any facility other than those contracted by Folkslogue.com directly. To make a claim under this warranty, please follow the instructions guided by the

Language Can I enter my shipping address in Chinese / Japanese? Yes. You are welcome to enter your shipping address in Chinese/Japanese during the order-placing procedure. You may receive system emails with corrupted shipping addresses, but it should be no problem as the HTML encoding in emails may not support specific languages only. However, the system's record will usually not be affected. If there is any problem with your shipping address, our Customer Service Representative will contact you before the order is shipped.
